For the ASUS ROG Phone family, the time has come to welcome a new descendant:
we are talking about ROG Phone 5, recently presented in a dedicated event by ASUS, and which wants to represent the new frontier of gaming platforms on mobile.
The phone, offered in standard, Pro and Ultimate variants, is equipped in all cases with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 5G Mobile Platform - ideal for both gaming and to establish itself as a vanguard of the fastest connection technologies. Furthermore, for the first time in a smartphone we find up to 18 GB of LPDDR5 memory.
The new ROG Phone also boasts the renewed GameCool 5 dissipation system, which is accompanied by a refreshed Armory Crate, the “control panel” full of features and possibilities that we showed you closely in our review of the previous ROG Phone 3. To complete the equipment we find the AMOLED HDR 10+ display capable of showing very fluid images, thanks to the refresh rate of 144 Hz, and a latency of only 24.3 ms to the touch.
